Note: Conference Dinner is not included in the IEEE Member/Non Member STUDENT Registration, it can be purchased separately.
IEEE Member/Non Member STUDENT Registration requires documentation that proves a registered
Student status, such as: student’s ID or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution. This documentation must be sent to <[email protected]> indicating “ISCC 2025, STUDENT STATUS DOCUMENTATION” in the subject field. STUDENT Registration without association to a student documentation will not allow the corresponding attendee to access the conference.

Registration Rules
- Each paper must have an AUTHOR REGISTRATION type (either IEEE Member or Non –
IEEE Member). Each Author Registration can associate a maximum of two papers. - A Student Registration Fee does not cover the publication cost for accepted papers;
- Full papers cannot exceed 8 pages (6 pages + 2 extra pages allowed for an additional
fee, the same holds for workshop and ICTS4EHealth registrations); - For authors: Conference Registration does not include participation in workshop sessions;
- 10% discount if registering to the conference + workshop;
- Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of €120 will be applied. No cancellation will be allowed after TBA. In the impossibility to attend the conference, you can transfer the registration to another person.
