Submission Guidelines
Review manuscripts should describe original work and should be no more than 8 pages in the IEEE double-column proceedings format, including tables, figures and references. In order to download manuscript templates for IEEE conference proceedings use the following link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
Papers can be submitted directly to EDAS: link
Note that accepted papers of up to 6 pages will be published with no additional charge. Exceeding pages will be charged an additional fee. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers will be included in the ISCC 2025 proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. The ISCC proceedings have been indexed in the past by ISI, DBLP and Scopus. This makes the ISCC conference one of the publication venues with very high visibility and impact in both Computer and Communications areas.
If you are using LaTeX, please analyze your article’s LaTeX files prior to submission to avoid delays in publishing. The IEEE LaTeX Analyzer will identify potential setbacks such as incomplete files or different versions of LaTeX.
Topics of Interest
ISCC 2025, in its 30th edition, will provide an insight into the unique world stemming from the interaction between the fields of computers and communications. ISCC 2025 will provide a high-quality international technical forum for experts from industry and academia to exchange ideas and present results of ongoing research and emerging technologies in most state-of-the-art areas of computers and communications. The program will cover a number of symposia in addition to demos, posters, and workshop sessions.
You are invited to submit a full paper, poster, demo or a workshop proposal related, but not limited, to the following Topics of Interest:

Camera ready
Uploading final manuscripts for accepted papers is essentially the same as uploading your review manuscript. Do NOT register a new paper!
Before you upload your paper, make sure that the paper title and the ordered list of authors in the PDF is identical to the information you have entered in EDAS. Also, make sure you specify on EDAS who will be presenting the paper at the conference. The presenter noted via EDAS is one of the authors who must be registered. If the presenter noted via EDAS cannot register for the conference, please update the presenter information to the correct registered author.
Please carefully read the reviewers’ comments, which are intended to help you improve your paper for final publication. The listed comments should be addressed, as acceptance is conditional on the appropriate response to the requirements and comments. IEEE ISCC 2025 requires that the submitted manuscript is solely from the author’s own work and not from the work of others unless explicit permission has been granted. This includes text, figures, and tables. Information from published articles must always be cited explicitly. The proper citation gives credit to the work that was originally published, not to follow-up work or reviews. Citations should be given close to the information within the sentences or at the end of the sentence, not after several sentences or near the end of the paragraph. Even when citations are given, exact copying of a whole sentence or paragraphs should be indicated by quotation marks. Furthermore, reuse of part of a published figure or table requires copyright permission from the publishers that hold the rights. All re-published figures and tables should explicitly indicate the original source.
Then, proofread and check the layout of the paper. All papers submitted through the website are considered to be in final form and ready for publication. Do not submit your paper until you are ready. A good suggestion is to have a few colleagues review your paper to provide final remarks on its suitability before submitting it through the website.
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE ISCC Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore®. If a paper is not presented at the conference, it will be removed from the website and IEEE Xplore.
The paper must meet the submission guidelines and must be submitted to the PDF eXpress site to produce an IEEE Xplore-compliant file.
Note: The final Camera-Ready file from PDF eXpress must be uploaded at the EDAS paper submission site.
Creating IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF
- Prepare IEEE Xplore compatible PDF using PDF eXpress.
- Please use IEEE PDF eXpress to create and validate your final Camera-Ready version.
- IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. All updates should be added to the document before a PDF is created.
- Note that, IEEE PDF eXpress is only used to create your final Camera-Ready version. Please submit your final Camera-Ready version to EDAS submission site according to the following submission guidelines.
- Before Creating a PDF
- Remove copyright notice, headers, page numbers from your source document.
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
- Creating your PDF eXpress Account
- Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- For New Users – Click “Create account” link.
- Enter the following:
- 65549X for the Conference ID.
- your email address.
- your password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
- Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Validate your paper
- For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”.
- Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
- Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”
- Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
- You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
